Peanut butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 frozen banana sliced

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp brown sugar (Or agave, honey, date syrup)

¼ tsp cinnamon (or vanilla extract)

1 cup milk (or almond milk

Optional adds

Vanilla protein powder

Maca powder

Splash of cold brew coffee

Oats

Instructions

In a blender, place the banana, peanut butter, and milk. Blend until smooth, then add any optional add-ins, as desired, and blend again until smooth and creamy.

Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and serve.

Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller smoothies
